How to change display name for signees

Hi,

I need assistance with changing the display name on a pdf when it gets sent out for signature. The field "To: first and last name" generates an incorrect name when inputting the email address the pdf should be sent to. Could you help?

Are you filling out the name using the web interface? The name and email address may be autofilled from the web browser, not from Adobe Sign.
