How to create an application on adobe sign ?

When checked on the documentation - its suggests to use the link within the Adobe Sign Api section, but in my account I am not able to see that. Please help me out here.

Your email address is associated with Adobe Sign Individual account and the Integration feature is only available in Adobe Sign Enterprise account.

Please upgrade to Enterprise service level to avail this feature.
