Could you please let us know how you are sending the document? Share the screenshot of the window where they get the option to "save form data".

Hi Meenakshi,
attached you will find a word document with some screenshots. We have the small enterprise licence.
We don´t want that our customers will see on the left side the "option" button where they get the option to save their data. When they try to save their data all data will be lost and they have to fill out the form again (this is logical as we do have only the small licence).
Where can I hide this option?
Our customers open this formular via a web link.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
The option you are referring to is by default. The settings shared by Mariahweyne are not available with your Acrobat Sign plan. There is no option to remove those options using the account settings.
The option to save the data gives a link with all the information the recipient has added so far, so the user does not have to refill the document.
