How we can design a workflow routing process, after a certain time, the sign agreement/email will route to a delegate to sign or approve it, because, we have many cases, where the department supervisors, VP, or approver forgets, or is busy on some conference, or takes vacation, etc... The 'parallel' routing is not working in this case, because, we cannot put the time (after 3 days) condition then to send to the delegate.
We don't want the signer/approver has to open the sign/agreemnet email to select a delegate.
