Hi,
How can we delete an agreement using V6 API? It looks like it is only possible to delete the document.
V5 seemed to have the option, but we haven't come across this in V6.
NOTE: We already have retention policy enabled, and the delete scope set

Yes, it is possible to delete the agreement in V6 API.
There is a setting that needs to be enabled from the backend.
In this case, I would suggest you contact the support team directly so that they can look into this for you.
For the subscribed account, find below the steps to contact support:
• Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via https://secure.echosign.com/public/login
• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question

• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.
• It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.
• If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.

Thanks for your response, but have already solved this.
As previously mentioned in my question, the backend settings had already been enabled.
The issue was that the API has changed between API v5 and v6, and in v6 the service only allows deletion of Documents and not the Agreement. The reason for the API Change is still not clear, but the V6 API meets our requirements, in that the documents are deleted, and the agreement is still available in Adobesign together with the Audit trail.
