When a document is fully signed, all signers are automatically emailed a copy of the fully signed document.  How do I also configure to automatically email the fully signed document to a designated third party who is not otherwise a part of the signing event? I don't need this person to play a role in the signing (not a delgator, not an approve, not an acceptor, etc.) I just want them to receve the completed document along with the signers.

Hi Derek5FCB,

Within an enterprise service level account, you would have the option to select certified recipient role, which would allow you to idenfied anyone to acknowledge recipent of an agreement.  Signer Roles

There is also the option to have recipients receive a copy by using the CC Field.  This will sent out a notification immediately to anyone identified within the CC field once you send the agreement.

Can I second this?  Here is my need;

1. Person A fills out a form and requests the signature of person B

2. Person B received the email link, clicks on it and signs the document

3. By default, person A and person B then receive a copy of the signed document

How do I include Person C in step 3?

Person C plays bo role in the decision or the signature process, they just need to receive the signed document.

Person C doesn't deed to approve anything.

Person C doesn't need to acknowledge they've received the signed document.

How does person A include person C in the process?

Thanks.
