How to disable scrollable text boxes once it's a template

My pdf before uploading it as a template allows multi-line text but doesn't allow scrolling. When I upload it as a  template it's allowing scrollable text. I don't want the scrollable text, because when you receive it back you cannot see what is beyond the box at a glance.

Does anyone have any solutions how to disable the scrollable option?

Hi Eldorab,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please share the PDF form that you are trying to upload to send for signature. Also, share the screenshot of the scrollable fields you are referring to.

Could you please check if this behavior occus only when you upload the file? What happens when you create fields directly after uploading the document in Acrobat Sign.

Let us know if the issue is resolved.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
