How to draw/add circle option to document sent out in Adobe Sign

Hi there! When using Adobe Sign I use the send feature to send out a document to each employee so I can get their electronic signature. On this document are names of students that are enrolled in the employee's class. If the student has not attended the class, the employee is to circle the students name. My question is how do I add an option to circle a name on the document. Right now the employee has to email me the names that need to be circled, and I circle the names on the document they have signed. Is there a solution I am missing?
