How to get keys (API_KEY, USER_KEY) for a developer account?

Hi,

I am looking at echosign WSDL to integrate to our application. As part of it I see we need a couple of keys - API_KEY (I have seen forums refer to it as INTEGRATION_KEY) and USER_KEY.

Can you please provide information on how this could be done?
