Hi
I propare property reports which get sent to a tenant and they will thensign digitally - this fine and I can see how echosign works for this.
However I want the tenant to have ability to add comments about property and upload photographs if required. Can this be done in echosign?
Thanks
Hi nigelhig,
If you want your signer to place comments, you can place the "Text field" and to let them upload attachment( photos for example), you can use "File Attachment" field.
You can refer this link for field types you can use:

Hi,
In response to your concern, you won't be able to add comments or pictures while using Adobe EchoSign.
Possible solution would be to email the document to the signer, allowing them to make revisions to the wording, and then once the wording is agreed upon, sending the document for signing through Echosign. Or you can insert a text box where they can type their comments.

Hi nigelhig,
I've found that this can be accomplished by using a specified text box in your property report document for any commenting however the ability to attach photos or other documents is only available at the Enterprise product level. There are settings which allow for photo and other document attachment with that level of subscription in EchoSign but not currently at any other level of subscription to the software.
ODG.
