Hello,
I have a question. We are trying to add our finance team to a job posting document we have. What they are asking if we can submit to all 3 individuals on this team and the first one who signs it can move the document onto the next signer. They do not want 3 separate signatures. With their workload, they want to ensure timeliness with approvals as to why they want to send to all 3 but it just requires on of them to sign to move process on. Is this possible?

Hi Pam,
As I understand, you need to send the document to a group of recipients so that one of them can sign it and send it for further.
In Adobe Sign, you can add a recipient group instead of an individual recipient when sending the document for signature.
Please refer to the steps provided in the following help document:
If the option is not enable by default, you can enabl it using the steps provided here https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/enable-recipient-groups-adobe-sign.html
Hope that helps.
Let us know if you have a questions.
Regards,
Meenakshi

I don't know if this functionality exists in Adobe Sign, but I want to be able to send the same document to one or more people, any of whom can sign. This isn't quite the same as the multiple signature route but is similar.
To add some complexity to this, I want to use Bulk Sign to use emails from a dataset and need to know what the correct field name should be for the second/third signatories.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Hi STummey,
If you are referring to send the document to a group out of which only one need to sign the document, you can use the Add Recipient Group option.
Use the steps provided here https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/add-recipient-groups-adobe-sign.html
Let us know if you are referring to something else.
