How to Keep Attachments as Separate Files in Adobe Sign Webform?

New Here ,
Mar 21, 2025 Mar 21, 2025

We’ve set up a registering document using an Adobe Sign webform that includes fields for about 20 attachments. However, when users upload their attachments, they are merged into the final signed PDF instead of being kept as separate files.

This creates an issue for us since we need the attachments as standalone documents, meaning we have to manually split the PDF every time, which is time-consuming.

Is there a way to configure Webforms so that attachments remain as separate files when the signed document is finalized?

Thanks in advance!

Hi sgp_4149,

Thank you for reaching out.

The attachments are attached at the end of the signed agreement after the signature process is complete. There are no other options for receiving the attached document. For more information on the file attachment field, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4iUkg1X.
