• How can I prevent the PDF from locking after signatures are added?
  • I need to be able to proofread and edit our inspection forms after the inspector signs the preliminary report.

In Acrobat Sign, preventing the document from locking after it is signed is impossible.

You may add yourself as the last recipient to check the info and confirm it. However, you will be unable to edit the fields already filled by the other recipients.
