How to send different documents to partially same recipients

I'd like to send a bulk of slightly different documents firstly for the same recipient's signiture, but then I'd want them all to be signed by different recipients, all of the recipients should receive their documents separatly. Is this possible somehow? As far as I know, MegaSign could be a solution only if I wanted to send the very same document. Many thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Boglarka,

Thankyou for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

As you will be sending the documents for signature to a commen first recipient and different rest of the recipients depending on the document, it is not possible with the Mega Sign feature. Mega Sign feature helps only to send single document to multiple individual signers.

You may try the Adobe Sign Workflow (https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/workflow-designer-signature-workflow.html) to check if that works for you. If you need any help with Adobe Sign Workflow feature, you may direclty reach out to the Adobe Sign support team as they are expertise. You may use the steps suggested in the following help document to reach out to the Adobe Sign support team:: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/adobesign-support-resources.html

Let us know if we can be of any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
