I am having trouble trying to get an answer to my question. Apparently I keep going to the wrong website. I have a file that I created in my Adobe account. I am not able to access that document for alterations and or tracking.....how do I do that?

Hello KurtWRogers,

How exactly did you create this document? Did you upload it in Document Cloud ESign account to send it out for signature? Let me know the steps and which particular Adobe Product you used.

Hi, i have a similar question.  We've sent a document for a customer to sign.  We've sent this customer multiple echosign documents to sign off on without issue, but now it seems they cannot access one particular document.  Not sure why.  Can i please get some help?

Can you try resending the document to see if it goes through? Is there something different about this file? What software are you using? What kind of Adobe Sign are you using? Does the doucument start out as a Word file, a PDF file or some other type of file?
