The Date field is grayed out -- it's there, alongside the signature field and a few others, but it is not activated. What to do?

Would like to inform you that if that field is not assigned to you (you are not in role for this field) then that would be grayed out. But if its happening with many fields & you are one of the participant then in that would request you to contact on 'support@echosign.com'
so that one of the expert will get back to you & fix this for you.
