Hi,
I can't seem to add a new user to my account or any of my groups.
I type in the email, the first and last name, but then I get an error-message, saying that I can't add this user.
I can't seem to solve the problem with the guide in this webpage nor can I get in contact with Adobe (on the website or on the phone).
Can some of you help?

Sorry for the delay in response.
Please make sure that the email address that you enter as a new user is not already registered for Adobe Sign account.
If there is an Adobe Sign account registered with an email address, it is not possible to add that email address under the user or Group.
This is because there can be only one account created with an email address.
