I cannot retrieve remote digital signature certificate

once I have obtained and activated a certificate for remote digital signature via the infocert provider, how can I retrieve it in order to be able to proceed with document signing?
when I click on the signature point, I correctly choose the infocert provider but then on the next screen "choose digital ID for signature" I see a blank space

There seems to be a step missing, where you need to authenticate with the InfoCert service, after which you should be able to see your list of certificates here.  You might need to check with InfoCert.
