Hello, everyone; I have a client who received an email requesting his signature. After clicking "Review and Sign", he is redirected to a page asking him to install Adobe Acrobat DC. Usually, it redirects you straight to the page to sign, and you're able to submit... Any idea why he would receive this message? He also has adobe downloaded and has been able to sign easily before....

Hi Isabel32593681mj0m,

Thank you for reaching out.

This mostly happens when the sender has enabled a particular setting to add a signature to the document. I suggest checking with the sender once to confirm.

If that is not the case, let us know.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
