I don't have the signer message option in my EchoSign, How do I add this?

I have been trying to work out how to add the signer message to my Echo Sign to increase my Facebook and Twitter presence but I don't have the option to do so. I called Adobe about upgrading but they claim it needs to be done by API.

It seems that you have a Pro account with us.

Unfortunately, signer messaging is only available in business accounts; you may upgrade your account to enable this feature.

Thanks so much for the reply, I'm willing to upgrade to a higher level if the price isn't huge, but your Website has no pricing and when I phoned for details they told me I need to just use the scripting service which didn't seem correct.
