I had a document that was signed by 2 signers and then cancelled by an approver (valid email address but wrong approver) Do I have to restart as a new process or can I retrieve with everything filled in and just change the approver to the correct person?

Hey fryebd,

If the approver has not accepted that agreement, then the transaction would have been cancelled automatically and you can start with a new process.
