I need to be deleted from my current group before I can be added to a new group. How do I do that?

I need to be deleted from my current group before I can be added to a new group. How do I see what group I am assigned to and how do I delete myself from it? I cannot find any phone number or chat for help.

If you are trying to change the current group in the Acrobat sign account, it can only be done from the Admin account.

Please check with your admin of the account to see which group you are added to and to make the changes in the group.

You may refer to the information provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/add-users-to-account.html. The settings shown in the document will be available to the admin only.
