I used to be able to set conditions and now cannot

In Adobe sign we create forms and were able to set conditions for fields.  We are unable to set conditions in our form fields this year, did something change in adobe sign?  The menu with the conditions does not appear when double clicking the field.  Has this happened to anyone?

Sorry to inform you that the option to set field conditions is only available in business and enterprise account.
