if a document opens sideways, how do you save it correctly

When I open documents and they are not oriented correctly, how do I rotate them and save that correct rotation?

Hi,

I'm assuming that when you do this it is for documents that are being sent to you for signing and not documents you are sending out to be signed, correct? For the documents you are having sent to you that are not oriented correctly unfortunately there is nothing you can do; this is how the acrobat file was created and Echosign does not affect that. The originator of the document would have to open the PDF out of his library and change the orientation that way before re-sending the document to be signed. This should then allow for the fields to be correctly oriented.

Again, I say, this is my assumption based on what you've said but if there is something else going on, please reply back with a little more detail about the document, whether you're the creator, recipient, and maybe some details about whether the orientation is portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal). This will give me a little more information to go on and help you with.
