If you're CC'd on a message, will you have the option of signing the document as well?

Every time I CC myself on a message I send a customer through esign, my copy doesn't give me the option to "Click here to review and sign", so I'm worried that when my customer tells me they didn't have the option to sign it, that they're also not getting that option. Is CC strictly view, no sign?

Hello Joseph,

As you are copied in the transaction, you can only view the initial document sent out and receive the final signed & filed copy but don't have authority to sign. If you want to sign the document, make sure to check "I need to sign" as First or Last as needed.

Regards,

-Rijul
