Hello Hasheem,

Are you signing a document which has Knowledge Based Authentication applied in it? If yes, and if you are unable to pass the questions, then you would need to contact the sender of document as they can remove it and resend you the document. You can directly reply to the esign email received and it will directly reach the sender.
