In-Person Signing - Multiple User Sharing

New Here ,
Jun 25, 2015 Jun 25, 2015

I'm using e-sign for job application forms. Many applications are done in-person at one of our business offices.

I don't want people off the street accessing their personal email accounts on our network in order to start completing their forms.

The widget feature was great, until I found out that the only person who can view signed widget forms is the creator of the widget (me - that sucks). I need multiple users to be able to view signed documents.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I might do?

In summary:

1. Don't want applicants accessing the email's from company network for in-person signing

2. Multiple users must be able to view the signed documents

The only option i can think of it to send all agreements to a company email address, have the applicant access the form from there, and then cc the applicant when sending for signature so that they will receive signed doc copies. Is that really the best/only way?

Thanks in advance

Hi Laylabadge10,

If you want to share the Signed widget with users in your account, you can do either of the two things:

1. Once the widget is signed, the signed document is shown under Signed section in Manage tab. You can single click it and on right, click Share tab to share document individually.

2. You can go for Account Sharing with users in your account. It will share all the documents ( including Signed Widget) which are shown in your Manage tab.
