Incorrect browser version error when attempting to send for signature

Hi:

We have a couple users who are suddenly seeing an error stating that they have an incorrect browser version when sending a document for signature.  These users have the same version of IE as others in our company. Is there any specific setting we need to have in place, to prevent the incorrect browser version error?  These are users with Win8.1 and Win10.  Also, this started happening after our recent upgrade to MS CRM 2016 on premises.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

Try alternate web browser preferably Google Chrome (Incognito window) Sign In — E-signature and E-sign Software Solution — Adobe Document Cloud, check if it works.
