After 3 virtual people chats and one 25 minute hold for customer service and then being disconnected, I cannot get an answer as to how to integrate my adobe accounts into a business. I am paying for my business for creative cloud and acrobat; adobe sign for two team licenses. I cannot share templates and I assume it has something to do with my team Sign licenses. I am afraid to close the accounts and reopen them as I do not want to lose documents. However, customer service was of no help. Any solutions?
