Invalid API Key - Dynamics CRM (On-Premise)

Following the instructions for the Installation Guide to integrate Adobe Sign and Dynamics CRM were pretty straight forward.  Until it comes to the API Key to validate within your on premise Dynamics CRM Solution.  It would appear that no matter what is done, the API Key provide doesn't work and am at a loss as to why the Key will not validate.  Am I missing something obvious?

I see that you have the trial account.

Could you please let us know exact steps you do to generate the key.

Let us know what happens when you use that key.
