invalid_request on oauth

Started a developer account to create an integration with the Sign API but whenever I try to get the oauth token I get the error "Access cannot be authorized because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request"

I've triple checked all the URL parameters and they are correct, but I still get the error.

Is there a support line that I can contact about this or a new solution for this issue?

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in to the community. You have a free developer account for Adobe Sign.

Please try updating the URL for authentication to https: //secure.eu2.echosign.com/public/oauth? in the URL. Check if that helps.
