When I host a signing on an iPad or iPhone the date field for the signer is recorded for the following day. Example a signature obtained 7/31/2020 is recorded on the document in the field linked to the signature as 8/1/2020. However on the history log the correct date is listed for the entry. This does not occur on an android or windows device. It was working fine on my iPad and iPhone until about a month ago. This even affects the date fields in small captions under completed signatures and initials.
Ive tried this on other people’s devices and I get the same issue. The problem is with the IOS version of the app as this only happens on apple devices. Ive confirmed the issue on other people's apple devices and again the discrepency does not occur on android and windows devices.
