IOS SIGN DOESN'T SAVE LOGIN INFO

SIGN application on IOS 14.3 logs out or crashes (not sure which) but many options take me back to login screen. Login info is not saved so application doesn't perform autologin as other applications would. I am logged in on creative cloud so in theory all other applications should be active on my account (and they are - I have Adobe Fill & Sign, Acrobat, Scan and all automatically log me in without having to enter the login information). I am a subscriber to ADOBE ACROBAT DC PRO. SIGN is working find on my laptop.

 

I removed/deleted the SIGN application and replaced it with no result.

 

Adobe Support says they don't support mobile applications. They say "FORUM" which I assume means here? This is where I get my support?

 

I tried to chat with a support guy but he is the one who told they basically it was outside the scope of his support operations - he didn't have an iphone, didn't own one, couldn't tell me what to do for even the most basic operations - he wanted me to install FIREFOX on my iphone so I did. He had me log into creative cloud and go to SIGN - he wanted to know if the same problem existed on the web...so perhaps you can see the problem with that?

 

Anyway here I am on the FORUM hoping there's somebody who might have a clue about this problem.

 

I posted another problem separately - when I do get into my home screen on SIGN I see the split screen for status on agreements I have out for signature - it opens the full document on the left and the status of that document on the right but the right side is cut off on my screen (Iphone 11 Pro thing?) and there is no way to get it to just show me status so I can check "Activity" and see an explanation of what has happened on that agreement.
