iPad App looks and behaves like desktop Browser version, not the App

When I sign in to the Adobe Sign App on my iPad, I have to go through two log in's. After signing in the App looks and behaves like the desktop Browser version, not the App. Thus, we cannot do simple things like hand the iPad over for in person signing.

As you have mentioned above that you have to go through two logins, could you please let us know about the two login process that you referring to?

Also, you have mentioned that the application behaves like the desktop browser version, not the app. Would you mind sharing more details on this?
