I am able to sign into Adobe no problem, but when I go to sign into Adobe Sign I receive a login error and cannot proceed to any of my files. This is preventing me from moving forward with multiple hires, and is very concerning. Does anyone have some advice or plan of action?

I also can not login to to Adobe Sign anymore. My subscription is up to date and I've verified I should have access like I always have.

Same here. Chat not responding. As soon as i figure out how to access my signed documents i'm moving to docusign. This is an unacceptable issue for such a critical app.

How did you finally have this issue rectified as I am expericencing this problem this morning. It's very frustrating to find out AdobeSign doesn't have a telephone number for support issues and their email response basically states they have no idea when they're going to get back to me.

Easy fix. I cancelled my adobe account and switched to docusign.

I cannot login to my Adobe Sign, when I retore password and entered 'verification code' I received message 'Your email and password do not match. Please try again.'.
Can you please support me?
