We would like to add a survey link to the email communication that accompanies a contract for signature. How can this be done?
Hello Laurie_lavelle@avanthc.co,
If you want, you can create a widget and can share its link to the signers by your personalised email of your mailbox. It's a workaround to achieve the above mentioned scenario:
Here is the link:

Hello Laurie_lavelle@avanthc.co,
As of now, its not possible to add a hyper link in the email sent along with document link for esignature. As a workaround, you can either add a hyperlink field in the document itself or can use Signer messaging to provide Customized message along with hyperlink once the document is signed.
You can go to Accounts tab->Account Setting->Signer Messaging. The feature is available from Team account onwards.

I looked at the messaging, but that won't address this use case. We have a select group we need to send a survey link. This option is more appropriate for a footer link and affects all documents.
How may I have this put on the current backlog?

Hi Rijal,
I understand the process to create the widget. I did not understand how the mailbox would be used with the widget and still be part of the document sent for signature. Please explain.
Thank you,
Laurie

Hi Laurie,
The Widget URL can have the survey link along with the document you would like the signers to sign. Because, as its not possible to have the URL attached in email while sending the document out for signature through EchoSign, the only workaround can be to create Widget for the document along with Survey by uploading them together and send the single link to the signer.
The signer will have both the document to esign as well as survey in the single widget.

-Rijul
