Issue in uploading an image in Adobe sign

Dear,

I'm faced with an error in uploading an image when try to fill a form in Adobe Singn. Nothing happens when tapping on "tap to upload inline image" option. All other fields are done.

(I'm using a Samsung M 21 phone)

Please help me
