I am having an issue where i send the document out for signature and 1 signer cannnot see the field to sign thier name. I've sent it out twice thinking i did not enter the field for their name . I double checked before sending and the are having the same issue again. I've attached a picture for reference. Not sure what to do?

As the signer not able to see the field, please try sending it to your alternate email address as first signer for testing purpose. Check if you experience the same issue.
If not, you may ask the signer to clear the cache and cokies for the browser. They can try opening document on alternate browser or new incognito window on Chrome browser.
It would be helpful if you can share the video in the private message showng how you send the document. Share the original document with us so we can replicate the behavior.

I have just tried sending the document to myself to sign and see the process for myself. When we have to sign, it asks for us to log in using our company ID and automatically fills in the name and date but we must enter our own signature. From seeing this, it does not seem to make much sense as to why his "name" field would be blank if it allows him to autofill the date and apply his signature?
