Issues sending multiple documents for e signature

We used to be able to send multiiple documents for e sginature. Now getting a new window and an error message .

I tried to do the same and no error arose.  Can you explain step by step how you are requesting the signature?

If the issue still occurs, could you please share the steps you do to send a document for signature? Are you using the Acrobat Online account to send the document or the Acrobat desktop application?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording so we can replicate the behavior and further investigate the issue.
