I have a few signers say they signed everything and clicked submit, however afterwards it just keeps on "Processing Document", and nothing happens. They've tried logging in and out several times, what is the issue?

We had the same issue and we had to cancel the transaction and start over. We try different browsers and nothing worked it just kept processing document.
I am curious if one of the signers opened the document and then close it without signing prior to the new release being installed? That is what happened to us, the signer opened viewed the doc. no issues and when they try following week after the upgrade, they could not e-sign and it just kept processing document.
TO ADOBE: Please can you post the resolution on the discussion and see if this is related to the update?

Same here, I've not been able to enter at all the e-sign section today but was able last night. I'm hoping it's a glitch from the system that Adobe will resolve soon.

Could you please ask the Signers to try an alternate web browser to Sign the documents. (Preferably Google Chrome Incognito Window)
Also try clearing cache & cookies.
