KBA Person Itentification

I have a web application in the USA, which authorizes the client. The customer enters the data within my service(first name, surname). I want to use  KBA service from LexisNexis through AdobeSign. I redirect the client to AdobeSign with API and he/she enters the data in the AdobeSign.

How can I determine  that data (first name, surname) on my service and Adobe Sign are identical?

Is it possible to do with my application?

KBA is available in Adobe Sign premium level service. Please contact our Adobe Sign technical support team by logging into your Adobe Sign account click on the (?) symbol at the top and initiate a chat or open a support ticket. Technical support team will guide you in the right direction.
