Hi there,
I have been trying around with a demo acount and I came across a strange behaviour when using a template containing several documents to be signed.
These are merged and treated as a single file during the agreement process and I haven't found a way to retrieve them individually. The "Keep document separated" option in the account configuration does only have an effect on the attached documents. In the web interface as well, I can find only a single merged document.
Sending basically the same agreement directly and not via a template, I have no issue to get the files individually though. That's why I suppose this is related to the fact that I am using a template.
Does anyone know whether there is a way to avoid this behaviour? Did I miss something when creating the template or in the configuration?
