Hello,
I've created a simple Adobe Sign form with 11 checkboxes. PROBLEM: I need to limit the number of checkboxes a user can select to 4 of the 11. Can anyone help me with this please?

Hi markc60905362,
Thank you for reaching out.
You may try using conditional logic to limit the checkboxes.
Please refer to the following help document for information on form field conditions: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/form-field-conditions-settings.html.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,

Thank you Meenakshi for your response.
Unfortunately, "Conditional" formatting is not quite what is needed in this instance. Another e-signature organization that also allows users to create webforms allows users to "group" its checkboxes together and apply Validation statements based on the form creators' preferences. For example, in this instances, you could create a "group" of 15 checkboxes and select from a validation drop down field the number of checkbox choices that a recipient can make (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 . . . etc.) The validation statetment, then, would apply across the entire "group" of checkboxes.
I am looking for something like this OR a workaround of somekind since it is important that this limitation be put in place to ensure data response integrity.
But, once again, thank you.
