link expired in e signature

Hello I have sent out a document for multiple signatures, the last person has delayed signing and now it states the link has expired, when I try to resissue it says the file is unsupported? Please help

If the link expired you need to resend it again from scratch.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

As the link is expired, please check with the user if he gets the option to receive the new link on the page.

If the link gets expired, the signer gets an option which, when selected, the new email with the link received in the email. 

If the option is unavailable,n you will need to restart the transaction from scratch.
