Loading send for signature

I'm trying to send out for signature and it's showing loading adobe signature but nothing is happening it's just going round and round. I have signed out closed down my computer and it hasn't worked.

Hi Garyw,

As you have mentioned, you are not able to send document for signature and the page hangs on "Loading Adobe Signature".

Did you recently change your Adobe ID(email address) linked to the Adobe Sign account? If yes, that is the reason the page is not loading.

It seems that the email address that you have used was already registered for another Adobe Sign account.

So when you changed the email address, it was not updated for the Adobe Sign account. In this case, you will  not be able to use any of the email address to login the Adobe Sign account.

You may try once to change the email address back to the same old one. Check if that works.

If you wish to use the current email address for the account, you will need to first free that email address from the registered account.

Then you will be able to use it for your current Adobe Sign account. For that you can refer to the steps provided here https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/Adobe-Sign-how-to-change-email-address.html
