I have been using the IOS version of the Acrobat Sign app for years, I have had to sign in again recently to the app. After entering username and then password twice the app appears to divert to Acrobat with an error message stating"Something went wrong" "We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later" You try again and get the same result. I tried to get help via chat with one of your agents case number ADB-30732198-R0F0 but they couldn't help me referring me to this forum. They also suggested to use the browser on my mobile and use acrobat.adobe.com to be able to send documents for signature, however I get the same error message "Something went wrong" "We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later" and still no ability to send documentsd for signature. My business needs to send a number of contracts for signature via mobile and for "in person signature" at this point this part of my business has stalled. I am very disappointed with the lack of support for a paid service, please advise how I can resolve this issue with expediancy. I can still use the desktop version of Acrobat on my Mac but have this problem on both Iphone and Ipad I have Iphone iOS Version 16.6 on my mobile and Acrobat Sign app version 3.29 Than you.

Verify your account on adobe.com and see if it has something to do with the profile you select when signing in.

Shouldn't this profile sign in to both Adobe.com and Adobe Sign?

I have just noticed when I type my email useername to sign in on Adobe Sign it seems to divert immediately to Adobe before I even type in my password. Not sure this helps anyone.

Looks like I have solved the issue, when it diverts to Adobe, instead of typing in password I chose the option to change which account I sign into even though it is the same account, it then asks to verify after which I am now signed into Adobe Sign.

Go to Adobe Account - specifically to the Sign and Secutiry Section. The profile selection should be off. Toggle it on and the off again and try again. You should have 2 profiles - personal and work.

What worked before now doesn't again, have gone into my account like you suggested but there is no "Automatic profile selection" button in the Sign and Security Section. So there is no profile to select. Any other suggestions?

Now works again once I deleted and reinstalled the app. Ridiculous that this problem still exists.

Glad to know the issue is resolved. If the problem occurs again, ensure that you sign in manually.
Do not use the saved credentials if you experience the behavior again.
