Login only works after changing password each time

My login only works when I change my password each time. When I go to http://secure.echosign.com/public/login and enter my info. it will give me an error message: "Invalid email or your account my be locked."

I hope you are using the correct email address to sign in. It could be a possibility that the web browser has saved the old password and its cookies are causing problem to update it to the newer one.

Have you tried login in with a different web browser? If not please try once.

Also, you may try signing in through https://documents.adobe.com/  and click on "Send for Signature" link.
