loosing of an already present signature

Hi,

I upload an already signed document (publicly available here  https://repubblica.info/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/MODULO-informaticoRACCOLTA-FIRME-sottoscrizione-P...

) and signed with the Trial account.

Unfortunatly the signature already present is missing in the final signed document.

Is a problem of the trial account?

Ho to sign an already signed document ?

Hello - who originally signed the document (i.e. frist signer)? What was the format of the signed document that you re-uploaded? Was it an electronic copy with eSignature? Do you know how the original was signed (e.g. via Adobe Sign, DocuSign, or other service)?

Hello, You can verify the files present at the sayd address, they are signed by a public functionary of the Veneto Region via a Qualified Signature, We cannot modify it. Thanks

You cannot add signature in the already signed document. Could you please confirm how the document was signed? 

Did you sent the document for signature to the first signer? If yes, share the exact workflow you used to send the document for signature.

Also, let us know where exactly you have uploaded the document. Share the exact steps you did to upload the document.

The possibility to sign an already signed document is available in other platform, If You ask I give some URL . We are not the source of the document and We cannot change that flow: the authority release the signed document, We received the document as it is , is not the document originator that ask for signature, but people can subscribe it with a signature to approve, that's all. We are the no for profit NGO that ask to citizens to sign it . I go to https://secure.eu1.echosign.com/public/compose I upload the document, I fill the data (I cannot upload here images) Than I insert the "signature" field, than sign my self . Than I approve as other user. The resulting file has lost the first signature. At least that is what says the free DSS UE validation service at https://ec.europa.eu/cefdigital/DSS/webapp-demo/validation and the DikeGo6 app from infocert.it In my opinion there should be a way to preserve the first signature, but I'm afraid this need an algorithm change so that to "encapsulate" the first file . Anyway We cannot change the document before the upload of the already signed file. Some Hints? I add another problem to the precedent description: the CRT signature certificate added to the file by Adobe Sign do not report correctly the name of signer, the contact , the country and the reason of the signature Regards Loris

Hi,

It seem Adobe platform cannot "contersig" a document, that is, sign an already signed document. But this is a functionality available in other trusted provider. Please make me know when this function will be available.
