Lost "Add cc" button on Adobe Acrobat "Request for signatures" feature

I used to be able to add a cc at this part so I could include an email that's neither a signer nor an approver of the file. How do I do that now?

I was struggling with this also.  If you proceed to review and send the "add cc" option is there.

I just noticed that "cc" is missing. Where did it go to?

Someone at Adobe Product, please put it back.

Update: So, "cc" has now been moved to the last page. After clicking Review and Send, "cc" will show up.
