Macintosh User Issues

During a recent test MAC users identified the following issues:

Required signatures, dates, text ended up on the signed result in the wrong location
Some required entries did not appear anywhere on the signed result.
Initials were displaced upwards on a list. This is unacceptable. On a legal document it would void the entire effort.
One MAC user could not access the document at all. He was using MAC OS 10.9.5 and is an Adobe professional, well versed in the use of Acrobat.
