Macintosh User Issues

During a recent test MAC users identified the following issues:

  • Required signatures, dates, text ended up on the signed result in the wrong location
  • Some required entries did not appear anywhere on the signed result.
  • Initials were displaced upwards on a list.  This is unacceptable.  On a legal document it would void the entire effort.
  • One MAC user could not access the document at all.  He was using MAC OS 10.9.5 and is an Adobe professional, well versed in the use of Acrobat.
